1. Services Provided

Mentorship By Hamid offers comprehensive tutoring and mentorship services, including:

• Academic tutoring in mathematics and science courses

• Standardized test preparation (ACT & ISEE)

• College preparation mentorship and application guidance

• Course selection and extracurricular consulting

• Study skills and time management coaching

2. Fees and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed upon, tutoring fees are:

• $350 per hour for academic tutoring & test preparation

• $550 per hour for college counseling services

Package Discounts (Paid Upfront)

Clients who commit to a monthly package receive a discounted rate:

• 1 hour per week (4 hours/month): $325 per hour ($1,300 total)

• 2 hours per week (8 hours/month): $300 per hour ($2,400 total)

• 3 hours per week (12 hours/month): $275 per hour ($3,300 total)

Payment Terms

Payments can be made via cash or Zelle to (949) 439-2444. Clients may pay upfront, at the time of the session, or upon receiving an invoice.

Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Late payments exceeding 10 days are subject to a 5% late fee per week until paid in full. If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days, tutoring services may be suspended until the balance is settled.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

• Clients may reschedule one last-minute cancellation per calendar year at no charge.

• Additional cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

For clients enrolled in a monthly package, unused hours will not be refunded if they cancel mid-month, but they may be credited toward a future session if agreed upon in advance.

4. Tutoring Location & Safety

• Virtual sessions will be conducted via Zoom.

• In-person sessions will take place at the student’s home unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and distraction-free environment for tutoring.

Liability Clause

Mentorship By Hamid is not liable for any personal injury, accidents, or property damage that may occur during in-person sessions. Clients assume full responsibility for providing a safe and suitable learning environment.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without explicit consent unless required by law.

• Sessions may not be recorded or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

• All worksheets, materials, and resources provided by Mentorship By Hamid are protected intellectual property and intended solely for the enrolled student’s personal use.

• These materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without explicit written permission.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate tutoring services at any time with written notice. However, any completed sessions must be paid for in full.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. Agreement to Terms

By engaging in tutoring services with Mentorship By Hamid, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement. This agreement takes effect upon the first scheduled tutoring session.
